Tickets are non-refundable. Events will go ahead regardless of weather and
cancellations cannot be accepted. GETTING HERE: - It is advisable to book Taxis in advance.
We ADVISE coming from Mochdre down Station Road and NOT from Pabo Lane as there are limited passing places. PARKING: - We have a good size car park within the vineyard grounds. Please follow the signs from the Drive Entrance and park within the marked bays. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Minimum 48 hours with transfer to another date at discretion of the management. NO SHOWS – in the event you do not turn up for your booking, your tickets/voucher will expire with no exceptions and will not be transferred. DOGS:- Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs anywhere on site. SMOKING:- Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in any licensed areas or the vineyard. CHILDREN: - Events are for 18+ only.
