When ordering perishable items, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for perishable items that have not been kept chilled due to missed, failed or rescheduled deliveries.
In most cases you will receive notification from DHL advising you of a delivery date. This is in majority Next Day in accordance with the information above except for Bank Holidays.
Where delivery is to another person, please ensure they are notified of delivery information.
