This has been a collaboration of our Solaris wine, the botanical blending skills of the Conwy distiller, pHure Liquors and the noses and pallets of the Jackdaw Conwy. The results it a unique handmade, small batch Welsh Vermouth.

Add to the shaker equal measures of pHure Vodka and Solaris Vermouth along with lemon peel and ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with a single olive and enjoy a Gwinllan Martini!
