One of Trealy Farm’s Signature products made in the Italian or Spanish tradition from British Free Range pork silverside. This cured, fermented and air-dried ham is the longest aged of all Trealy’s products.
Made in the Spanish or Italian tradition, aged for a minimum of two months – an extremely culinarily versatile product.
Serving suggestions: Use in pasta sauces, for wrapping meat and fish, serving with a breakfast platter, in Saltimbocca, fried until crisp as a garnish for soups or salads; or even with an Eggs Benedict for an indulgent brunch!
