North Wales Seafood Lunch

To mark the end of Welsh Wine Week and the launch of the splendid new cook book, North Wales Fish & Seafood, we present a three course lunch in the (hopefully) sunny vineyards of Gwinllan Conwy.

Your chef, Toby Watson, will be cooking two dishes from the book, your sommelier, Colin Bennett, will be pairing them with Gwinllan’s wines, and your maître d’, Cai Ross will just be clearing plates and folding napkins.
