Patchwork was founded in 1982 by Margaret Carter in her home kitchen which was soon too small to cope with all the orders! Patchwork Pate is now made in a purpose-equipped factory in the heart of Ruthin where everything is still hand-made in small batches, without artificial colouring, additives or preservatives to Margaret’s original recipes.

Ingredients : Chicken Livers (58%), Fresh Onions, Margarine non-hydrogenated [vegetable oils,*palm oil and *palm kernel oil, rapseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier – polyglycerol esters of fatty acids], Brandy (2%), Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (0.3%) (Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme), Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt. *RSPO approved
