Teifi Seaweed is Teifi’s Natural Gouda-style cheese with locally harvested seaweed that is added during the cheesemaking process.
Description
It has a dense, smooth and creamy texture and a mellow flavour that gets stronger with age. We use laver seaweed which is a popular ingredient in Welsh cuisine, adding a mild saltiness to the cheese. Seaweed contains iodine and essential mineral for a healthy body. Great in a Welsh breakfast sandwich.
